What happens after I submit this form?  

We will work with you to get your subscription/order setup exactly the way you want it!

Sometime in the next one or two business days, we will contact you to finalize these details:

STEP 1: We Confirm Your Subscription's Standing Order or One-Time Order.

Based on your request, we review with you our current month's Fresh Sheet describing the microgreens available and pricing, to determine the product(s) that best suits your needs.

Because our microgreens are grown indoors, we are able to provide them, consistently, year-round.

STEP 2: Discuss if you'd like additional product.

I.e. Please, add four additional ounces of sunflower shoots to my subscription.

STEP 3: When would you like to receive your order and how often (if applicable).

We offer weekly , bi-weekly or monthly (year-round) source of fresh, high-quality produce, brought right to your door or picked up directly from the farm!

STEP 4: When your subscription/order will be ready.

We try to have your subscription/order ready on your desired date, but it is not always possible due to our inventory.

STEP 5: Setup your pick up/delivery date.

- On-Farm – Thursday 5p to 7p
- Local Delivery – limited to Friday mornings at the moment and within Greene School District
- Oxford Market pick up – 1st and 3rd Saturdays in Oxford (Oct to Apr), weekly each Saturday from (May to Sep)

STEP 6: Determine what (if any) your delivery fee would be.

If you choose to have your products delivered, the delivery fee structure is as follows:
          • 0-5 miles is $3 (or FREE with $15 minimum or a Subscription)
          • 6-10 miles is $6 (or FREE with $30 minimum)
          • 11-15 miles is $9 (or FREE with $45 minimum)
          • 16-20 miles is $12 (or FREE with $60 minimum)
We do not deliver beyond 20 miles, and we do not ship our produce, as it's not cost effective to do so.

STEP 7: Provide you with the total cost of your subscription/order.

STEP 8: Decide on your payment method.

We accept cash, check, Paypal or Venmo.

Terms and Conditions

Submitting this form does not start your subscription automatically. We will contact you to verify your request and setup the remaining details.

All products are Grown-To-Order – Your initial order will establish a Standing Order and could take up 2-3 weeks to start, depending on crop availability.

Standing Order choices may be changed during the ordering window. Order adjustments will be made as quickly as possible based on crop availability or required grow time.

All products are available on a first come first serve basis. Crops may be subject to shortages due to high demand or seasonal conditions. Mother Nature is unpredictable, so as farmers we really appreciate your flexibility!

We do our absolute best to fill each order, after your subscription starts. If an issue does occur (major power outage, seed shortage or illness, etc.) where we can't fill your entire subscription order, you will be notified and credited the amount of the items we were unable to fill.

HOW IT WORKS
Once your account is established, we send an email to you on the Tuesday prior to your scheduled pick-up/delivery to remind you and note any changes, on our part, to the schedule.

If we receive:
NO RESPONSE- your Standing Order will be available for pick-up/delivery as scheduled.

A RESPONSE must be received no later than Thursday NOON from you to request a:

- PAUSE your order for a specified period of time (Your account is NOT charged.)

- CHANGE to your order frequency. An increase in frequency is subject to crop availability. 

- CHANGE to your planned Pick-up/Delivery Option (i.e. date/time, location or person) (We will do our best to accommodate.)

- CHANGE/SWAP of any selections for that week only. No permanent change to Standing Order unless noted by Customer. Requests for permanent changes may take up to 10-14 days before taking effect. (Changes are subject to crop availability.)

- PURCHASE Add-ons (ask for details regarding this option)

The order pick-up window for On-Farm pick-up is between 5pm - 7pm on Thursdays. If you are unable to make it during that window, please contact us ahead of time and we can make arrangements for another day and time.

Deliveries are done on Fridays between 9am and 3pm. Deliveries are done using the most efficient route we can produce, meaning your delivery time may vary from week to week, depending on where your address falls in that generated delivery route. If you cannot be home during this time, please leave a cooler outside and we will put your order inside of the cooler. Once items are dropped off, it is your responsibility to ensure their freshness.

Delivery fees are calculated based on the shortest distance travelled from our farm to your delivery address.

Orders to be picked up at a market location will receive information in the email notification as to when and where to collect your order.
