Our micro herbs, like all microgreens, have higher concentrations of nutrients than their adult counterparts. Micro herbs are especially tender. In terms of flavor, most micro herbs have more intense flavor than mature herbs.

Your Initial Order is a minimum of Three Months of a

On the third month of your Initial Order,
We will begin to bill you for your next month's order(s).

Prior to the end of the 4-week subscription, we’ll send a reminder e-mail letting you know to renew your subscription for another 4-weeks.
Biweekly
Twice a month on the 1st and 3rd weeks the same selection of microgreen varieties will be available for pick-up or delivered to your door.
Prior to the end of the your biweekly subscription, we’ll send a reminder e-mail letting you know to renew your subscription.
Monthly
Once a month either on the 1st OR 3rd week the same selection of microgreen varieties will be available for pick-up or delivered to your door.
Prior to the end of the monthly subscription, we’ll send a reminder e-mail letting you know to renew your subscription for another month.
One-Time
One-time purchases are based on availability, occasionally we need to substitute a requested variety, but we’ll let you know if we need to make a substitution.
The cut-off for ordering for same week pick-up/delivery is Thursdays at noon.
We’ll send you a email before pick-up/delivery with time and instructions.

What if I want to change the varieties I receive?
If you want to order different microgreen varieties, please give us at least a week’s notice (by the preceding Tuesday preferably) because we grow to order.
What happens if I need to skip a week mid-subscription?
No problem, we need a week’s notice (again, by the preceding Tuesday, hopefully). The make-up week will be added to your subscription.
During the warmer months or an unseasonably hot day, we may suggest that you leave a cooler with ice outside if you won’t be home when we deliver.

Because our microgreens are grown indoors, we are able to provide them, consistently, year-round. As a result, we are able to offer reliable subscriptions where you receive fresh microgreens every week, every other week, or once a month - your choice!
What is included in a BOX subscription?
This subscription includes a large box of microgreens from our farm with every delivery, along with optional add-on items from our farm, other local farms and producers. You may choose to add as many or as few add-ons as you’d like every delivery.
How much microgreens come in a BOX subscription?
Each box comes with 12 oz. of microgreens. This is enough greens for one heavy microgreen eater, two moderate microgreen eaters, or four microgreen newbies.
What varieties of microgreens are included in each BOX subscription?
In each delivery, your subscription box will include Pea shoots (3 oz.), Sunflower shoots (5 oz.), and your choice of any two in stock - "Base" microgreens (2 oz. each) or four ounces of a single "Base" product.
Should you choose “Farmer’s Choice” for any delivery, you will receive a rotating selection of any of the “Base” microgreens we offer.
How soon will my subscription start?
Subscriptions could take up to 2 weeks to start, depending on our current inventory. We do our absolute best to fill each order, after your subscription starts. If an issue does occur (major power outage, seed shortage, or illness, etc.) where we can't fill your entire subscription order, you will be notified and credited the amount of the items we were unable to fill.
Submitting this form does not start your subscription automatically. We will contact you to verify your request and setup the remaining details.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the Greene School District (fees may be applicable), as well as offering free pick up at our market locations. (Visit our Microgreen Subscription Request page for the fee structure.)
Is this like a CSA?
CSA stands for "Customer Supported Agriculture", so in that case, it's very similar, as we do heavily rely on our subscriptions to keep the lights on. Our microgreens subscription is different from a CSA in two key ways. First of all, this is an ongoing and year-round subscription model, in which you pay on a month-by-month basis after your initial order and can pause or cancel at any time, whereas most CSAs are prepaid upfront for the duration of the subscription. Secondly, we offer a customizable box each week; whereas most CSAs are “get what you get.” Our goal is to bring you the highest quality of food and personal customer care that you expect from a small, local farm, with the convenience that you would expect from a modern e-commerce experience.
"Subscription" sounds pricey and sounds like a serious commitment.
Don't worry! There are no membership fees, additional fees, or hidden fees involved. There are also no contracts or long term commitments. You can start and stop your subscription at any time. You can even pause individual weeks if you're out on vacation. You will find that we are very flexible with our subscribers.
I often come to the farmers market, and you're already sold out of what I want, so how is this different?
We grow for our subscriptions, FIRST. Meaning, our entire planting schedule is driven around what our subscribers are looking for. We harvest and package for our subscribers before we do anything else. Whatever is leftover is what goes to the markets.
A Microgreen Subscription is the easiest and most reliable way to get the exact microgreens you want. No need to worry if something will be sold out at the Farmers Market or local stores, ever again!
