About Us
Fresh, Local Produce, Responsibly Grown!
Enough... and A Little Bit More was started by brothers Farmer Jim and Farmer Phil in 2008 as the legacy of our father who enjoyed building his ideas, planting everything and loving all his animals.
We are committed to growing the most delicious, high quality, fresh, local, and responsibly grown fruit and vegetables the earth is able to offer. From the beginning we've always farmed using organic methods. Organic, for us, does not mean simply refraining from the use of synthetic chemicals. We treat our farm as a living organism, and believe in developing a deeper connection with the earth, the community, and environment around us.
Being a four season market farm means that we sell crops year-round through Farm (CSA) shares (community support agriculture), local Farmers Markets, our Farm Stand and limited wholesale accounts.
Where Does our Farm Name Come From?
The late Native American storyteller, Wolfsong, from the Abenaki tribe of the Algonquin, told a story about a married couple that would hunt, fish, gather food or make baskets. They would always make sure they had enough for themselves and a little bit more for their community.
Our goal is to provide you with enough and a little bit more to use or share with family and friends. As the farm grows you will have the option to purchase or to simply try the products we hope to offer in the future, such as fruit, flowers, honey, eggs and homemade products, as a little bit more than your vegetable share.
